Since our bodies are relatively unchanged since then, paleo believes our diets should stay the same as well. All the food would be coming from nature so nothing processed.

     

    VEGETARIAN - Skip the meat and get an average of 20 grams of plant-powered protein in each vegetarian meal. Our vegetarian recipes are also dairy-free, but we do not discourage you from excluding dairy in your diet.

     

    BODY BUILDING - If your looking to maximize the amount of protein you have in each meal, this would be the best choice for you. Each meal contains 40-60 grams of protein that will help you build more muscle even while on the road.
